What Never to Do Internal

  • NoDo not ask for a 5-star review in the same message. One ask per conversation.
  • NoDo not give the same discount code to multiple customers. Always generate unique codes.
  • NoDo not follow up more than once if they do not reply. One reminder after 3 days. That is the limit.
  • NoDo not delay the reward after receiving the video. Send it within 24 hours. This formula runs on trust.
