Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Social Media Management
    • Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s unique objectives, ensuring alignment with their broader marketing goals. This includes conducting thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development.
    • Additionally, proficiently design and execute campaigns with specific timelines and objectives, such as creating a User-Generated Content (UGC) campaign spanning 5 days or orchestrating a discount campaign over 3 days, aimed at maximizing client engagement, and achieving predetermined goals.
  2. Creative Content Creation Using AI & Designer
    • Utilize advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT for generating engaging and innovative ad copy, post captions, and content ideas.
    • Employ DALL·E along with collaborating with graphic designer for visual content creation, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, speaks to the target audience, and stands out in crowded social feeds.
    • Produce content and visuals upholding the highest standards, ensuring alignment with diverse brand guidelines and aesthetic values.
  3. Design Sensibility and Aesthetic Judgment
    • Possess a well-developed sense of design aesthetics to critically evaluate and guide the visual aspects of social media content. This includes an understanding of alignment, consistency, composition, and the use of complementary elements in artwork.
    • The ability to visualize and articulate the potential for enhancing visual content is essential, ensuring that all design work aligns with the brand’s high standards and aesthetic appeal.
  4. E-commerce Conversion Focus: Use social media to enhance e-commerce sales for clients, employing strategic ads and compelling content to drive conversions, with rigorous tracking to measure social media’s impact on sales.
  5. Community Engagement and Feedback Management
    • Actively engage with the online community, fostering positive genuine interactions, responding promptly to inquiries, and managing feedback across all social platforms.
    • Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and loyalty, turning followers into brand advocates.
  6. Ad Campaigns Mastery
    • Ensure strategic alignment and oversight of ad campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads or any other platform by coordinating with the performance marketing specialist.
    • Responsible for conceptualizing campaigns based on strategic insights, setting detailed targeting criteria, budget allocation, and desired performance outcomes.
    • While not directly managing ad implementation, engage in the analysis of ad performance data alongside the specialist to iterate and enhance campaign efficacy based on a deep understanding of metrics, cause and effect, and optimization strategies.
  7. Email Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with short-term goals, coordinating with web developers and designers for implementation.
    • Account managers oversee strategy execution, ensuring alignment with objectives and consistency across digital channels.
    • This role requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of how to engage subscribers effectively.
  8. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators who align with the brand’s values and audience interests, coordinating campaigns that authentically engage and expand the brand’s reach.
  9. Client Relationship Excellence
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication, timely updates, and responsiveness to feedback and requests.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations, integrating their insights into campaign strategies.
    • Be available to attend client shoots and meetings as required, offering on-the-ground support, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
    • This responsibility is limited to within the city, underlining the need for flexibility and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and creative teams in person.
  10. Rigorous Social Media Analytics and Reporting
    • Conduct comprehensive social media analytics to track campaign performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
    • Prepare detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders, using data to inform strategic decisions and content adjustments.
  11. Crisis Management: Develop and implement a proactive crisis management plan for social media, ready to address potential issues or negative feedback swiftly and effectively, maintaining the brand’s reputation.
  12. Trend Monitoring and Continuous Learning
    • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing tools.
    • Embrace continuous learning to enhance skill sets, ensuring strategies remain innovative and campaigns leverage cutting-edge tactics.
    • Like shifting to Google Gimini 1.5 from DALL.E or Chat gpt or shifting to Slack from Asana.


  • Based In City: Applicant for this role has to be based in Lahore.
  • Work Environment: This is a full-time, work-from-home position with required work hours from 12pm to 8pm. Candidates must be able to provide undivided attention during these hours without any other job or personal commitments.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, especially in e-commerce. Managed a community/brand of minimum 30,000 individuals/followers.
  • Exclusive Commitment Required: This position demands full attention and dedication. Candidates must not be engaged in any other full-time or part-time commitments, including educational pursuits, or managing other social media accounts or jobs. Our ideal candidate is someone who can focus solely on this role during working hours (12pm to 8pm), ensuring high-quality performance and availability for immediate communication. We value transparency regarding any other commitments from the outset to ensure they do not impact work quality or availability.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Candidates are expected to demonstrate flexibility regarding their availability for meetings and calls without prior notice during working hours in the work from home environment and the ability to deliver work as required. This role demands a high level of adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our projects and clients.
  • Probation Period: There will be a probation period of 2 months to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the company.
  • Digital Marketing Tools Proficiency: Candidates should be adept in using advanced digital marketing tools for scheduling posts, analyzing data, and enhancing engagement. Familiarity with platforms beyond basic social media management software is essential for effective execution.
  • Project Management Skills: The role requires excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to manage timelines, coordinate with team members, and deliver projects efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
