Engagement Terms

Minimum Engagement Period: A minimum engagement period of 7 months applies to all monthly services.

This ensures proper setup, testing, optimization, and measurable progress.

Agreement & MOU

Upon approval of the proposal, a detailed Mutual Agreement (MOU) will be shared outlining scope, responsibilities, and protections for both parties.

Services will commence once the MOU is signed and the first payment is made.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each service period.
Payment must be cleared within the first 5 days of the billing cycle.
Payments are to be made via cheque and deposited directly into the bank account.
Account details and NTN will be mentioned on the invoice.
No payments will be collected from office premises.

Late Payment Policy

A late payment fee of 5% per day (compounded on the outstanding amount) will apply after the 5th day of the billing cycle.

Tax & Compliance
• All prices are exclusive of withholding tax (4%).

• The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, including income tax.

• FBR tax challan against invoices must be provided, signed by the authorized finance representative, within 45 days of invoice payment.


By acquiring any service, the company acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
