E-commerce performance marketing has scaled Jockey Pakistan to a cumulative 777 million PKR in sales over a six-year partnership. Since 2020, we have managed every digital touchpoint while strictly following Jockey International’s global brand guidelines. Our work began with a technical website rebuild and hundreds of professional shoots to position the brand as a market leader. By 2026, we grew the business from selling basic boxers to managing a massive inventory of apparel and winter thermals across the country.
The financial success is rooted in a 19x return on investment across our retainer and total ad spend. A key part of this growth was our social media marketing and content strategy. This allowed us to reduce monthly ad spend from a peak of 5 million PKR to 3.5 million PKR while keeping sales at record highs. This digital momentum funded a major physical expansion from just 6 initial shops to 25 retail outlets in Pakistan. We also manage everything from search and email campaigns to new AI-driven generative engine optimization.
