PROPOSAL // CWX

CWX Website
Refresh &
Expansion

An updated scope for the CWX website, reflecting the revised positioning, capabilities, use cases, proof, technical requirements and delivery plan discussed with the team.

Updated Scope

What Changed

The original proposal was based on a visual and usability refresh of the existing CWX website. Following our discussions with Badar and Javeria, the scope has expanded.

The website now needs to reflect CWX's updated capabilities, lead more clearly with business outcomes, introduce use cases alongside existing case studies, strengthen the connection between capabilities and proof, improve how key company content is presented, and give CWX a more structured foundation for managing and measuring the website going forward.

The scope below reflects that updated direction.

Scope & Investment

Updated Website Scope

The required website work is priced as the complete scope below. Additional work can be selected separately from the add-ons below, with the project value updating accordingly.

CAD $1,250

Organise the website around the updated positioning, capabilities, use cases and proof, based on Badar's supplied material. Improve content flow and access across the site.

During the October 5 discussion, Badar said CWX's capabilities, branding and proposition are changing. The website structure was also discussed around connecting capabilities to use cases and case studies, with information kept easy to reach.

CAD $1,500

Refresh fonts, colours, spacing, buttons, cards, image treatments and restrained motion. Improve section order, layouts and content display. Lightly retouch supplied photography where needed.

Badar said the website should look new, while the existing logo can remain. The discussion specifically covered cleaning up the visual presentation, improving imagery, introducing more human photography and working within Wix's visual capabilities.

CAD $1,600

Use supplied material where suitable and adapt it for a concise, web-first experience covering business outcomes, priority audiences, capabilities, delivery approach, AI assurance, proof and next steps.

Badar said the website should lead with business outcomes and described the opening direction around ideas such as “AI on the P&L,” with language aimed at enterprise and financial leadership rather than leading with technology platforms.

CAD $750

Present the six updated capability areas clearly using CWX-supplied material, adapting the copy where needed and connecting each capability to relevant use cases and proof.

Badar outlined six updated capability areas during the meeting and said he would provide the Markdown write-up containing capability names and descriptions. Javeria later confirmed these should be presented briefly rather than as six separate service pages.

5
CAD $2,000

Use CWX source material where suitable, adapt or develop the page copy, design and build each page, add imagery, relevant capability links, proof and calls to action.

Badar explicitly described the new website logic as capabilities, then use cases, then connecting the relevant case studies. In the follow-up discussion, Javeria asked to start with a limited number of new pages and expand them gradually.

CAD $200

Improve the contact layout and enquiry experience, simplify the form and check the main contact calls to action and delivery.

CAD $150

Refresh the Technical Support page and form, and apply consistent styling to the existing legal pages while preserving their wording.

—

Select, crop, lightly retouch, resize and optimise agreed imagery, including supplied team, leadership and event photography and suitable stock imagery where needed.

Human photography was discussed repeatedly. Badar said the current website feels too cold and text-heavy, and the team discussed supplying new San Francisco, Toronto, leadership, team and event photographs, including rough images that can be polished.

CAD $750

Implement page titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, image descriptions and internal links using approved copy, and check that agreed pages are accessible for indexing.

Search visibility and copy wording were discussed during the meeting and follow-up. This line item covers the basic on-page implementation within the website; the deeper SEO and AI-discovery research remains a separate add-on.

CAD $400

Review the current hosting and domain setup, DDoS protection, administrator roles, login activity, HTTPS, forms, CMS permissions, apps and integrations. Help account holders enable 2FA and apply agreed controls supported by the current setup.

Badar specifically raised website security on Wix, including attacks against the admin portal, hosting-related threats and what controls can be applied to secure the current setup.

CAD $350

Refine typography, spacing, imagery, navigation, forms and interactions across screen sizes using the existing Wix responsive controls.

—

Review usability, content, links, forms and interactions, resolve agreed issues and publish the approved website.

—

Weekly project meetings, consolidated feedback through Javeria and Badar, approval of revised copy and technical claims, and revision rounds within the agreed scope.

Javeria proposed weekly check-ins for the month so questions and approvals could move quickly, and confirmed that Badar would be included in the project communication.

CAD $400

Set up or verify Google Search Console, connect the website, submit the sitemap and review indexing.

Google Search Console was specifically raised in the follow-up scope and pricing discussion as part of the website's search foundation.

CAD $400

Set up, connect and configure Google Analytics for the website, including agreed enquiry actions, and test the measurement setup.

Analytics was discussed as part of how CWX can measure website activity and support future optimisation. This line item establishes the Google Analytics measurement foundation on the refreshed site.

Add-ons

Additional Scope

CAD $750

Improve the browsing experience and shared case-study presentation, review existing studies and connect relevant examples to the new capability and use-case structure.

Badar said existing stories would need to be sourced against the new capability areas, and the follow-up discussion confirmed that the existing case studies should be connected to the new use cases rather than rebuilt from scratch.

CAD $500

Improve the page structure, company presentation and leadership experience. Use supplied copy and update leadership information, bios, photography and details.

Javeria specifically asked for the About page to be updated with Badar and other senior executives, including new leadership photography.

CAD $750

Improve the careers experience, benefits and culture presentation, job-posting typography and the existing application journey using supplied content.

Javeria specifically asked to improve the Careers area, including benefits, culture, job-posting presentation and the overall hiring experience as CWX prepares to hire more.

CAD $550

Bring the Blog, Events and Press browsing experiences and standard entry layouts into the refreshed visual system.

CAD $400

Configure or adapt Wix content fields and layouts for use cases, case studies and job postings, reusing the existing Wix setup where suitable.

Badar said CWX should stay on Wix for now because the team needs backend ability to update the website. The new structure also introduces use cases and revised case-study relationships that need to remain manageable inside Wix.

CAD $2,500

Review search and AI visibility, competitor language, buyer intent and content opportunities, then recommend changes to supplied copy where the findings justify them, subject to Badar's approval.

The deeper SEO work was discussed separately from the website build in the follow-up conversation. The agreed approach was to keep research into search terms, competitor language, buyer intent and AI visibility as a separate add-on rather than absorb it into the base website scope.

What We Need From CWX

Badar's Website & Capability Write-up

The Markdown website and capability material discussed in the meeting, including the updated positioning, capability detail and supporting direction intended to inform the website.

Capability Material

Supporting CWX copy, approved information and source material for the six capability areas, including any wording or claims that must remain technically precise.

Use Cases & Case Studies

Source material for the new use-case and case-study pages, including the relevant business problem, CWX capability, solution, proof and outcomes that can be published.

Leadership Information

Updated leadership information, including Badar and any other leadership changes, together with approved bios, titles and details required for the website.

Photography & Imagery

Available leadership, team, office and event photography, plus any new photography CWX plans to capture. We will review, select, crop and lightly retouch suitable images for the refreshed website.

Wix Administrator Access

Upgrade our existing Wix collaborator access to the administrator permissions required to complete the agreed website, CMS, analytics and security configuration.

Google Account

A CWX-controlled Google account that can be used to configure and retain ownership of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Domain / DNS Access

Access to the account that manages the CWX domain and DNS, whether through GoDaddy or another provider, so the relevant domain and security settings can be reviewed and configured where required.

Feedback & Approvals

Consolidated feedback and approvals coordinated through Javeria and Badar. Timely responses will help keep the active project timeline moving as planned.

Add-on Research

If SEO & AI-Discovery Research is selected, we will confirm any additional material or approvals required for that work before the research begins.

Payment & Terms

Clear Milestones.
Defined Project Window.

50%
Project StartCAD $6,350

Due before work begins. Day 1 starts when the initial payment has reached our designated bank account as cleared funds and the initial inputs required to begin are available.

30%
Core Build MilestoneCAD $3,810

Due when the revised website structure and navigation, updated visual system, redesigned homepage, Services / Capabilities page, and underlying CMS structure for the new use-case and case-study system have been implemented in Wix and presented to CWX for review.

20%
CompletionCAD $2,540

Due once the agreed project scope has been completed and before the updated website is published as the final live version.

Payment Due Dates

The 30% milestone invoice and final 20% invoice are payable within 7 calendar days of issue. The initial 50% payment must be received as cleared funds before the project begins.

45-Day Project Window

The project is planned around approximately four weeks of active work. Where CWX feedback, approvals, content, imagery, credentials, access or other required inputs delay progress, the working timeline will pause accordingly.

If client-side delays prevent completion within 45 calendar days from the project start date, any outstanding project balance will become due on Day 45.

Any remaining work that is incomplete solely because required CWX inputs or approvals remain outstanding will still be completed once those items are provided. Delays caused by Litplus Creatives will not count toward the 45-day period.

Feedback & Revisions

Project feedback and approvals will be coordinated through Javeria and Badar. Each major project stage includes up to two revision rounds, with one consolidated set of CWX feedback counted as one round.

The four review stages are Structure & Visual System, Core Website Build, Content & Supporting Pages, and Final Responsive, Technical & Launch Review.

Minor corrections such as typos, spacing fixes, broken links, small image replacements and similar finishing changes do not count as a revision round. A new direction after a stage has been approved, additional functionality, additional pages or work outside the agreed scope is additional work.

Confirmed Scope

CWX will confirm the required website scope, selected add-ons, any additional pages and the final project value by email before work begins. Once work has started, add-ons included in that confirmed scope cannot be removed to reduce the agreed project value.

Add-ons selected before commencement form part of the final project value and follow the same 50% / 30% / 20% payment structure. Add-ons selected after work begins will be invoiced separately.

Additional Scope

Anything outside the final approved scope is considered additional work. No additional paid work will be undertaken without CWX approval.

Third-Party Costs

Paid stock imagery, software subscriptions, Wix upgrades, applications, licences, AI usage charges and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated. Any such cost will be discussed with CWX before it is incurred.

Payment Method, Taxes & Fees

Payment will be made by direct bank transfer to the designated Litplus Creatives bank account in Pakistan.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless specifically stated otherwise. Any withholding tax, income tax, sales tax, government levy, bank charge, intermediary-bank charge, transfer fee or other applicable deduction is the responsibility of the client. Payments should be made so that the amount received by Litplus Creatives equals the amount due.

If CWX prefers a local transfer within Pakistan, an additional 4% tax will apply.
