The visual system is inconsistent.
Fonts, spacing, button styles, border radii, section widths and image treatments change across the site instead of feeling like one deliberate system.
A focused refresh of the existing CWX website to improve its visual consistency, content structure, usability and overall experience across desktop and mobile.
23 findings across the current CWX website, grouped by where they show up.
Fonts, spacing, button styles, border radii, section widths and image treatments change across the site instead of feeling like one deliberate system.
Buttons are not always aligned consistently, some desktop CTAs stretch unnecessarily across entire sections, and elements such as arrows, pills and content blocks do not always follow the same sizing or alignment rules.
The arrow-led problem statements feel disconnected from their text, spacing is uneven and the section does not scan cleanly.
Labels, bold opening sentences and body copy are often treated as one continuous paragraph instead of having clear labels, headings and supporting text. This makes already technical information harder to scan.
Services, delivery metrics, Google Cloud credentials, testimonials and case studies are all present, but they feel like separate blocks instead of building one clear credibility story.
AI / ML, Platform, Data and Security are introduced, but there is no direct action from each service, and the accompanying nature imagery does not clearly communicate what those services actually do.
CWX has enough expertise, capabilities, outcomes and case studies to communicate these services with more depth and stronger proof.
It is presented like an FAQ accordion even though the content describes major outcomes CWX helps enterprises achieve.
Metrics such as 600+ workloads migrated, 10+ petabytes migrated and 1,000+ production deployments demonstrate real scale, but they are presented with almost equal weight and little explanation of what that scale means to a prospective customer.
Premier Partner status, specializations and major Partner of the Year awards are some of the strongest independent credibility signals on the site, but their current presentation does not give them enough prominence or context.
The quotes are strong, but the current presentation relies mostly on text. Approved portraits, company logos and stronger attribution would make the proof feel more credible and human.
Visitors can see that CWX has a global presence but cannot explore those offices, their locations or other useful information.
Visitors are asked to choose an internal CWX department, answer "Any special interests?" and manually type how they heard about CWX. The desktop submit button also dominates the full form width instead of behaving like a normal action.
The header does not remain available while scrolling and there is no back-to-top option, despite several pages containing substantial amounts of content.
Hover behaviour, transitions and selected motion could improve polish and help explain information, but the current experience is largely static.
Typography, spacing, images, forms, buttons and section layouts need to be checked individually so desktop inconsistencies are not carried into mobile.
The index and shared presentation can be polished while the existing case-study structure and content largely remain intact.
They do not require major restructuring. Press is already comparatively strong and should not be changed simply for the sake of changing it.
It sits beside Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and leads to a very basic form, making it feel closer to a legal/footer utility than a customer-facing support function.
CWX therefore lacks the basic search-performance visibility needed to understand queries, impressions, indexing and organic search opportunities. Very high priority.
Given the amount of technical content, case studies and expertise already on the site, there is a clear opportunity to improve both traditional search and AI-search visibility. Medium priority.
This stands out because CWX positions itself as an agentic AI leader and already builds and deploys AI solutions for clients. An AI website agent is therefore unusually relevant to CWX rather than being a generic website feature. Very high priority.
The website should therefore refine CWX's existing blue, navy, yellow and white identity rather than accidentally becoming a full rebrand that conflicts with future decks and other brand assets.
These references guide the visual direction only. The project remains a refresh of the existing Wix website, not a full redesign or rewrite from scratch.

Visual direction 01
Reference: Slalom
This is our preferred direction for CWX.
Slalom feels credible and enterprise-level without becoming cold. Deep colours, softer edges, expressive typography and frequent use of real people make the company feel more approachable while still clearly technical.
A large human image makes the opening feel immediate and real, while the messaging stays short. For CWX, introduce stronger visual storytelling where it improves the existing layout, rather than relying as heavily on abstract imagery.
Slalom avoids repeating the same section layout. Photography, copy and supporting elements shift throughout the page, creating much better rhythm. This is a useful reference for improving the rhythm and presentation of CWX's existing AI / ML, Platform, Data and Security sections.
Multiple customer logos, named people and testimonials are shown together. CWX already has strong client proof, but it should feel more visible and human.
Blog, stories and industry content use a shared system without every card looking identical. This is a good direction for lightly refreshing CWX's Case Studies, Blog, Events and Press.
We would keep CWX's existing colours, but introduce more human photography, softer shapes, stronger typography, better section variety and more personality. The result would feel enterprise-ready without feeling distant or generic. The final execution would adapt these principles to the existing CWX site and agreed refresh scope, rather than recreating either reference website.

Reference: Searce
Searce is much more minimal. It relies on typography, numbers, diagrams, whitespace and purposeful motion rather than photography.
Very large typography and controlled spacing create impact without an image. CWX could use this approach for important statements where imagery adds little.
As the visitor scrolls, the outcome changes from revenue to cost, customer experience, productivity, risk, reliability and finally "how work gets done." The animation explains the idea instead of simply decorating the page.
For CWX, this is the type of motion we would use: limited, purposeful and tied directly to the message.
Numbers are connected to actual business outcomes rather than displayed only because they sound impressive. This is a strong direction for improving CWX's current statistics section.
Simple geometry and diagrams give abstract ideas their own visual language. CWX could use this approach for AI, Platform, Data and Security rather than relying on unrelated imagery.
Partner relationships are given context rather than presented as a strip of logos. CWX's Google Cloud awards and credentials deserve the same treatment.
This approach would make CWX feel sharper, more technical and more outcome-driven. The risk is becoming too text-heavy and less human, which is why we would not recommend following this direction alone.
We prefer Slalom as the main direction for CWX, with selected ideas from Searce.
From Slalom: human photography, warmth, softer shapes, visual variety and stronger customer storytelling.
From Searce: purposeful motion, outcome-led statistics, technical diagrams and confident typography.
The goal would be a CWX website that feels technically advanced and enterprise-ready, but still human, approachable and distinctive.

A visual and usability refresh of the existing Wix website. The current site and core content remain in place, while the experience is cleaned up, reorganized and made more consistent across desktop and mobile.
The CAD $3,000 base refresh is a complete project. The cost allocation is provided for transparency and does not represent separately removable items.
Add-ons are separate and can be selected independently. The final project value will update according to the add-ons CWX chooses to include.
Base Website Refresh
Refresh the fonts, colours, spacing, buttons, section styles and image treatment so the website feels like one consistent system.
Their current website uses the same brand elements inconsistently across pages. For an enterprise consultancy, consistency directly affects how established and credible the company feels. Bop Design's 2026 B2B guidance specifically recommends consistent typography, colours, imagery and UI patterns, while its 2026 branding research recommends system-based components instead of one-off design decisions.
A full CWX rebrand, brand strategy or company-wide brand guidelines.
Reorganize and redesign the homepage so visitors understand CWX faster, see its strongest proof earlier and move naturally from services to results, case studies and contact.
This includes improving the existing services, statistics, solutions, Google Cloud credentials and testimonial sections. These are all already major parts of the current homepage.
CWX sells complex, high-value services. Its homepage therefore needs to establish capability and trust quickly. Pathways Digital's July 2026 B2B trust analysis found that specific outcomes, named case studies and third-party proof carry more weight than general marketing claims.
Fix sections where labels, headings and body copy currently run together or are difficult to scan.
Content will be separated into clear labels, headings, supporting copy and calls to action without unnecessarily rewriting the existing messaging.
This problem is visible across the current site. For example, the About page currently uses a label followed by a bold opening sentence and then body copy rather than a clear section structure.
Their subject matter is already complex. The website should make it easier to understand, not harder. Bop Design's 2026 B2B guidance places clarity and clean messaging at the centre of modern B2B website design, while its Integrate case study shows how reorganising complex information around capabilities and buyer needs improved the experience.
Full website copywriting or rewriting every page from scratch.
Improve how AI / ML, Platform, Data and Security are presented across the homepage and existing Services page.
Each area will be easier to understand and connect more clearly to relevant proof, case studies and next steps.
CWX already has substantial service content covering these four areas.
A prospective client needs to understand more than the service name. They need to see what problem CWX solves, what CWX actually does and evidence that it has done it before. Evoke Studio's 2026 professional-services guidance describes the website as a credibility filter, while its consulting guidance recommends using specific case studies and outcomes to demonstrate expertise.
New standalone service pages. These are available separately as an add-on.
Replace the current static world map with an interactive office experience.
Visitors will be able to interact with office markers and see useful information such as location, address, contact details and approved office imagery where available.
The current map communicates that CWX is global, but it does not let visitors do anything with that information. Google Maps Platform's current Locator guidance recommends interactive maps that expose useful location details rather than forcing users to leave the site to find them. Google also supports importing Business Profile information such as contact details and photos into location experiences.
Complex geolocation systems, advanced map applications, custom backend systems or large API integrations.
Improve how CWX's Google Cloud awards, specializations and partner credentials are presented and link them to the official Google Cloud partner profile where appropriate.
The current homepage already contains several significant Google Cloud credentials, including Partner of the Year awards and Premier Partner status.
These are independent proof from the exact ecosystem CWX sells into. Pathways Digital's 2026 B2B trust analysis found that third-party validation and named evidence carry more credibility than company-controlled claims.
Improve the testimonial section so client proof feels more human and clearly connected to the person and company behind each quote.
Approved portraits, logos or other client assets can be used where available.
CWX sells expertise and execution. Named customers and specific outcomes therefore matter more than generic praise. Pathways Digital's 2026 research specifically identifies named case studies and verifiable outcomes as stronger trust signals for B2B buyers.
Using client portraits or other assets that CWX does not have approval to publish.
Simplify and redesign the existing contact form.
The form will focus on what the visitor needs help with rather than requiring them to understand CWX's internal departments. Field wording, choices, CTA and desktop/mobile presentation will also be improved.
The current form asks visitors to choose a CWX department, enter “special interests” and manually type how they heard about CWX.
A high-intent visitor should not have to work through unnecessary questions before contacting the company. Fernside Studio's June 2026 B2B form analysis recommends reducing field friction and reports stronger completion from shorter forms. Understory's March 2026 analysis similarly recommends limiting B2B enquiry forms to the information actually needed to start the sales conversation.
CRM rebuilds, sales automation or redesigning CWX's internal sales process.
Introduce a compact persistent header and appropriate back-to-top behaviour on long pages.
Several CWX pages contain substantial amounts of content. 2026 B2B navigation guidance recommends compact sticky navigation on long service pages because it keeps important navigation and actions accessible without forcing visitors to return to the top.
Add purposeful Wix-native hover states, transitions and light motion where they improve the experience.
The goal is to make the site feel more polished without turning it into an animation-heavy website.
Veza Digital's 2026 enterprise website research recommends restrained micro-interactions that guide attention and improve comprehension, while warning against heavy WebGL, excessive motion and novelty that can hurt enterprise credibility and performance.
Large custom animation systems, heavy 3D/WebGL experiences, complex custom-coded interactions or major Velo development.
Review and correct mobile layouts across the refreshed website.
Spacing, typography, images, forms, buttons and section layouts will be adjusted where needed rather than assuming the desktop design will automatically translate correctly.
Enterprise decision-makers still encounter websites across multiple devices. Veza Digital's 2026 enterprise research treats mobile usability as a baseline requirement and specifically identifies readable typography, touch-friendly navigation and consistent functionality as necessary for enterprise websites.
Apply light visual improvements where needed so these sections feel consistent with the refreshed website.
The existing case-study system is already substantial, with 20 published projects covering AI / ML, Data / Analytics, Infrastructure, Migration and Security / Compliance.
This content is already one of the strongest parts of the website. The goal is not to rebuild it unnecessarily, but to make sure the presentation supports the new visual system. Evoke Studio's 2026 consulting guidance identifies detailed case studies with specific problems, approaches and outcomes as particularly valuable for companies selling expertise.
Rewriting, individually redesigning or manually optimizing every existing case study, article, event or press release.
Bring the existing Technical Support page and form into the refreshed visual system so it feels connected to the rest of the website.
Changes to CWX's actual support process, ticketing system or customer-service workflow.
Review the refreshed website across desktop and mobile, correct visual inconsistencies and test the main forms, links and interactions before completion.

Add-ons
Add an AI website agent that can answer questions using approved CWX information, explain services, surface relevant case studies and help visitors reach the right person.
There is also a fairly obvious irony here: CWX already builds and deploys advanced AI solutions for its clients, but its own website does not currently give visitors an AI-powered experience. For a company positioning itself as an agentic AI leader, this is one of the clearest opportunities to make the website demonstrate the technology CWX already sells.
Because you’re already viewing this scope on my website, you can try the same type of AI website agent here yourself. Ask it about this scope, my services, pricing, previous work or anything else on the site to see how the experience works in practice.
CWX already has enough structured service and case-study knowledge to make this genuinely useful rather than a generic chatbot. Its case-study library alone contains 20 real examples across its core practice areas.
Their services are complex. Visitors may understand their business problem without knowing whether they need AI / ML, Platform, Data or Security. An agent can help them find the right information immediately instead of requiring them to search through the site.
This also fits the direction of enterprise websites in 2026. Veza Digital identifies AI-powered personalization and intent-based experiences as one of the enterprise trends with practical value when they improve relevance rather than add novelty.
Large internal knowledge libraries beyond the included allowance, custom CRM development, unlimited workflow development, large third-party integrations, third-party subscription or usage costs, or functionality outside the agreed agent setup. Any larger knowledge requirement can be scoped separately.
CAD $2,500Set up and connect Google Search Console so CWX can properly monitor how the site appears and performs in Google Search.
CWX currently has no Search Console setup. Search Console provides the data needed to see which queries show the website, which pages receive impressions and clicks, their average positions and whether pages are being indexed correctly. Google's Search Console documentation identifies these as the core performance measurements used to understand and improve search visibility.
Ongoing SEO management, content production, backlink work or monthly reporting.
CAD $500Review and improve how CWX is discovered through traditional Google Search and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
CWX already has a large amount of useful content. The opportunity is to make that content easier for both search engines and AI systems to understand and surface.
Their current Wix dashboard shows no meaningful visibility across the AI platforms being tracked. That alone does not prove an SEO problem, but the wider 2026 data shows a real opportunity.
Victorious' May 2026 study of 177 brands found that 89.8% had no measurable AI mentions across eight major platforms. Its July follow-up found AI systems could correctly recognize 96% of tested brands, yet 89% were still absent from category-research answers. In other words, being understood by AI does not mean being recommended by it.
Bop Design's March 2026 B2B GEO guidance also specifically recommends clearer information architecture, entity positioning and authority signals for companies trying to appear in AI-generated research.
A separate 2026 analysis covering more than 600,000 ChatGPT citations found that citations and brand mentions are not the same thing, meaning CWX needs to think about both being used as a source and actually being named as a relevant provider.
Ongoing SEO retainers, regular content production, digital PR, backlink campaigns, monthly management or guaranteed rankings/AI citations.
CAD $2,000Create individual pages for:
CWX already has enough service information and client proof to support deeper pages rather than relying only on the short sections currently contained within the main Services page.
Enterprise buyers researching one specific problem should be able to explore that capability without reading through every CWX service. Bop Design's 2026 work for Integrate specifically used dedicated capability, role and industry pages to make a complex B2B offer easier for prospects to understand, while also bringing case studies and customer proof closer to the relevant services.
Full copywriting from scratch, new technical research, custom calculators/tools or unrelated functionality.
CAD $1,500Build Your Project
The CAD $3,000 base website refresh remains fixed. Add or remove any of the options below to see the final project value update automatically.
Project-Wide Exclusions
Unless specifically added to the project, the base CAD $3,000 refresh does not include:
Anything outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved separately before additional work begins.
The final project value will be based on the CAD $3,000 base website refresh plus any add-ons selected by CWX.
For the CAD $3,000 base refresh alone, this is CAD $2,100 in advance and CAD $900 upon completion.
If add-ons are selected before the project begins, they will be included in the total project value and the same 70% / 30% structure will apply.
Work begins once the applicable advance payment has been received as cleared funds in our designated bank account and the required initial access and information have been provided.
A transfer receipt or payment confirmation does not constitute receipt until the funds have reached our account.
Payment will be made by direct bank transfer to the designated Litplus Creatives bank account in Pakistan.
If CWX prefers a local transfer within Pakistan, an additional 4% tax will apply.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
Any withholding tax, income tax, sales tax, government levy, bank charge, intermediary-bank charge, transfer fee or other applicable deduction is the responsibility of the client.
Payments should be made so that the amount received by Litplus Creatives equals the amount due.
The project is a 30-calendar-day engagement, with an estimated 3 to 4 weeks of active work.
Delays in CWX feedback, approvals, content or access do not extend the engagement. If these delays prevent completion within 30 days, remaining work may be rescheduled based on our availability and the remaining 30% payment will become due.
Delays caused by Litplus Creatives will not count toward the 30 days.
Javeria will serve as the only CWX point of contact for feedback, approvals and project-related communication. Feedback should be consolidated before submission.
The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Minor final corrections do not count as a revision round.
Anything not included in the approved base scope or selected add-ons is considered additional work.
No additional paid work will be undertaken without CWX approval.
Paid stock imagery, software subscriptions, applications, plugins, licences, AI usage charges and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated.
Any such cost will be discussed with CWX before it is incurred.
If CWX selects an add-on, we will confirm any additional access, information, content or approvals required before that work begins.
Add-ons selected after the project begins may require an adjustment to the timeline.
The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the agreed scope and must be paid within 7 calendar days of completion.
This applies regardless of CWX's internal approval or payment-processing timelines.
The timeline below covers production time on our side. Time spent waiting for CWX approvals, feedback, content, images, access or other required inputs is not counted toward the project duration.
What This Will Include
The project will remain collaborative throughout, with Javeria serving as the only point of contact for CWX.
The project timeline begins once the advance payment, required website access and initial inputs are received.
Any period during which we are waiting for CWX to provide feedback, approvals, content, imagery, credentials or other required material pauses the working timeline and does not count toward the estimated 3 to 4 weeks.
Javeria will be the only point of contact for project feedback, approvals and required information.
Confirmation of the preferred direction, including any elements CWX would like combined from the references presented.
Current logos and any existing brand files or guidelines that should be followed.
Any approved team, leadership, office, event, client or project photography that CWX would like considered for the website.
Current details for the global locations required for the interactive offices experience.
Approved portraits and company logos where available for the existing testimonials.
Confirmation where existing website information is unclear, outdated or requires verification. CWX will not be required to rewrite the existing website content.
Timely decisions on work submitted for review. Time spent waiting for feedback, approvals or required material will not count toward the project timeline.
Where new imagery is required, we will first look for suitable professional stock imagery from free or licensed sources. If appropriate imagery is not available, we may use carefully produced AI-generated visuals where suitable.
Any AI-generated imagery used will be held to the same professional standard as the rest of the website. We will avoid imagery that looks obviously artificial, generic or inconsistent with CWX's position as a global technology consultancy.
If CWX selects any add-ons, we will confirm any additional access, information, content or approvals required for those items before that work begins.
Confirm the base website refresh, preferred visual direction and any add-ons CWX would like to include.
We will confirm the selected items, final project value and any additional requirements created by the selected add-ons.
The 70% advance is paid against the final confirmed project value.
CWX provides the remaining assets, information and approvals outlined in this proposal.
Work begins once the advance has been received and the required initial inputs are available.
This proposal is built around where the CWX website stands today, the refresh already discussed, and the opportunities identified during our review.
We look forward to giving CWX a website experience that better reflects the company, its work and the level at which it operates.
